Hello, and Welcome!

I’m Sandy… a wife, mom, and potter living and working from my home studio in Hebron, Kentucky. My journey into pottery began about 7 years ago when I was gifted lessons to a local studio. I have come to love taking a chunk of clay and turning it into a beautiful and functional item to be used and enjoyed everyday. Hand made pottery has always been a treat for me to use. There is something special about using any item made with care from someone’s hands.

The creative process has always been interesting to me. My background has been in Fiber Arts but I’ve truly enjoyed learning the endless ways you can take clay through each step to completion. There is always something new to learn and I love trying new techniques and color combinations. I hand build, (I love a good coil pot), and throw on the wheel… always looking for new techniques to try.

I truly hope you find something here that catches your eye. and will enjoy using it as much as I love creating it.
